  • Delivering compassionate personal care and providing assistance with hygiene to our esteemed clients, including tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

  • Assisting clients with mobility and transfers as required, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

  • Administering medication in accordance with care plans and accurately documenting it to ensure proper and effective care.

  • Monitoring and reporting any changes in clients' physical, mental, and emotional conditions, prioritizing their overall well-being.

  • Maintaining a clean and safe living environment for our clients, ensuring their comfort, security, and peace of mind.

  • Assisting with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation, ensuring that our clients' nutritional needs are met.

  • Supporting clients in participating and engaging in social and recreational activities, fostering their mental and emotional well-being.

  • Effectively communicating and collaborating with clients' families and healthcare professionals to coordinate and implement comprehensive care plans.

  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of the care provided, ensuring a thorough understanding of each client's unique needs.

Requirements:

  • Hold an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nursing Assistant (NA) certification.

  • Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar caregiving role, demonstrating your expertise and unwavering dedication.

  • Be well-versed in the principles of elderly care and health/hygiene standards, guaranteeing the highest quality of care for our clients.

  • Ability to work independently and follow care plans, showcasing your professionalism, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with and thoroughly understand the unique needs of our clients.

  • Exhibit a compassionate and patient nature, providing comfort, reassurance, and a sense of security to our cherished clients.

  • Have the physical capability to lift and transfer clients, ensuring their safety and well-being during mobility assistance.
