Houston/The Woodlands is looking for a dynamic individual to coordinate the scheduling of our nurses and of our Field Staff to deliver a Higher Standard of Care for our clients. The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for scheduling nursing assignments, field staff assignments for home care clients and facility staffing; and effectively managing positive communications with Nurses, Field Staff, Care Recipients, Family Caregivers, Facility Representatives, and all members of the BrightStar Team. We will provide the training, resources and supportive team to ensure your success, along with work-life balance. - Effectively coordinates the customer care staffing assignments and
- Serves as point of contact for client/customer and employee relations
- Assists with the intake of new clients and informs potential clients of services and reasons to utilize BrightStar over other agencies
- Monitors and maintains daily time reports for payroll processing
- Participate in the on-call rotation (answering the phone after business hours)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a nursing coordinator or scheduling staff in home health and/or medical staffing
- LVN license
- Skilled in using automated scheduling applications
- Weekly pay with direct deposit
